A & G Partnership was formed in 1997 by Neil Addington and Roy Gillam.

We are also experienced in the design and calculation of energy efficiency for buildings including Carbon Emission Rating Calculations, renewable energy sources and sustainability.
The practice undertakes on a regular basis acquisition, dilapidation and condition surveys for major property agents, surveyors and end user clients throughout the country.
Since the partnerships formation the client base and range of projects has steadily increased, to include Schools and Colleges, Office Block Fit-outs and Refurbishment's, Mansion Houses and Blocks of Flats, Auction Houses, Computer Facilities, Prisons, Restaurant's and Leisure Facilities.
A & G are members of the Association of Consulting Engineers.
